Beauty Lounge Salon and Spa (BLSS): Last Minute Cancel/Late Changes and No-Show Policy

Please be advised that our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all clients. If 24 hours’ notice is not given and no show, Beauty Lounge Salon and Spa will charge the credit card on file for the full amount for services booked. Please be advised that if you cancel your appointment on the scheduled date you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled services. Again no show and no cancellation within the 24-hour period of appointment you will be charged full price for services booked

We are in a busy world and last minute changes occurs, we do understand that emergencies and last minute changes happens in our day to day schedules, we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. However, we had to put this disclaimer in place to protect both clients and business alike, please be mindful to reschedule or cancel appointments within the time period allotted. Late cancels/late changes and no show appointments do affects our business and our staff

Running Late

Please note that we may only have a 10 – 15 minutes’ grace period for being late. BLSS services require the full allocated booking time to serve you, if you are running late, or know for sure you will be late please call ahead of time to let us know. Our aim is to give you the best service possible in the time that is allotted for you, we sincerely hope you understand that we cannot make other customers wait if you are over the allotted grace period, we will need to reschedule your appointment at which point you will be charged a $25 late cancel fee.

Hair Extension Services

We provide hair extensions service for our clients. All extensions services are by appointment and consultation only.

Multiply Services

When many services are schedule or booked back to back we require full payment via credit card, a hold will be placed on your card for the full amount for the services. Again all and multiply services will be subject to full payment if appointments are not rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour cancelation and rescheduling period.
